Terms

Pitches are not guaranteed and can be altered at any time at owners discretion,  but a suitable pitch will be allocated.

All balances must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings are not transferrable. Should you terminate your holiday early, no refund will be given.  We reserve the right to terminate holidays due to extreme weather conditions.

A strict 5 mph speed limit applies on the park at all times.  All drivers must be fully licensed and insured.  Dangerous driving is not permitted and offenders will be asked to leave the park.  One car allowed per pitch any extra cars to be parked in car park near reception.

All visitors to report to reception office first.

Dogs must be kept on a lead on site at all times other than in designated areas.  Owners will be responsible for the removal of any fouling in the park. We reserve the right to refuse certain breeds of dog that we consider inappropriate for a family holiday park. Any noisy or aggressive dogs will not be tolerated on site. Owners and dogs will be asked to vacate immediately. No Pets to be left unattended at any time in or around units. Children under 16 are not allowed to walk dogs unsupervised.

Only urgent messages can be delivered.  We will not accept any liability for errors arising from telephone requests of any nature.

Please notify reception or wardens immediately when calling out emergency services, including any breakdown recovery vehicles.

You can take over your pitch from 1pm on day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate by 11 am on the day of departure unless by prior arrangement.

Portable toilets must be emptied in the disposal points provided and grey water also to be emptied in the correct point provided, if not sure where please see wardens.

Parents must be responsible for their children at all times. Young children must be accompanied to the toilets/showers.

No food to be put out for feeding birds, wildlife etc.

Barbecues must not be situated inside or near entrances of any unit. Barbecues must not disturb adjoining campers. If using disposable ones please see wardens for blocks.
Radios etc. not to be played unobtrusively. Chinese lanterns are not to be used at any time on site, Please do not erect flags unless permission has been given by site owner. No fireworks permitted at any time.

Please respect the occupiers of other units on the park and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9.00 pm.  The management reserves the right to terminate the booking of any persons whose conduct is detrimental to the park or comfort of visitors.  No refund will be given.

Due to regulations the park is for holiday use only, working or trading from the park is not permitted.  No Lorries, commercial or converted vehicles allowed on the park without prior arrangement.  Unlicensed motorised vehicles i.e. quad/micro scooters are not permitted.

The site owner accepts no liability whatsoever for personal injury, inconvenience, damage or loss to persons or property at any time on the park.

Dulhorn Farm Holiday Park is a family site only.  Groups of young people or single sex parties are not accepted unless by prior arrangement.  We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person(s).

For new arrivals, check in strictly no later than 9pm.
If guests wish to leave the park before 8.00 a.m. or arrive after 9.00 p.m. and their vehicle will not go under the security barrier please let reception know beforehand.
