COVID-19 MEASURE AT DULHORN FARM HOLIDAY PARK – KEEPING US ALL SAFE
PLEASE READ FULLY TO AVOID CONFUSION AND BEAR IN MIND THAT THIS IS ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE
We are pleased to announce that we are re-opening the park from Monday 12th April.
Static and Seasonal 12th April arrival from midday
Touring from 12th April, arrival from 1pm: Latest arrival 6pm: Departure 11am
All bookings for touring will be a min of 2 nights
Cottages from 12th April, arrival from 4pm: Latest arrival 6pm: Departure 10am
Please note we need everyone to adhere to the above times
Camping can be booked from 17th May onwards, please call after 11am to book.
From 12th April to 16th May at the earliest: All toilet, shower blocks and laundry facilities must be closed.
This means that we can only be open to caravans and motorhomes with their own on board facilities that are only used by one household. You will have access to water points and chemical waste disposal. There can be no mixing of family groups or households indoors. The rule of 6 or 2 households applies to outdoor meetings.
All customers: Please note you will be required to use the QR code located in the reception window to
notify us of your presence on site.
This is to enable us to comply with government guidelines on testing and tracing.
The health and safety of our guests and staff is our number one priority, therefore it will be a ‘new normal’ with social distancing and safety measures in place.
Please read the following guidelines and act responsibly while on site and in the surrounding area. It is important to respect our local residents while out in the community.
If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, you must not travel to us.
Coronavirus Symptoms
If you develop COVID-19 symptoms while staying with us, please immediately call 111 for advice and if appropriate call 01934 750298 or 07592 831212. Do not leave your pitch / accommodation and wait for further instructions
Social Distancing
Please adhere to social distancing guidelines – where possible keep 2 metres away from others. We advise all guests to carry hand sanitiser and wear face coverings in any indoor areas.
No Group Gatherings
Large gatherings are not allowed anywhere on the park. Please adhere to the current government advice about socialising. Additional visitors strictly by arrangement only
Hand Hygiene
Please wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds. There are also hand sanitiser stations at certain locations around the park.
Reception
Please only visit Reception in person where absolutely necessary.

Cottages
Check-in is now at 4pm due to our additional cleaning measures.
Please bring your own bed linen. Due to the new COVID-19 measures, we are now asking guests to bring their own duvet covers and bed sheets and pillow cases. The duvets, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors will be provided.
Sizing: A standard double duvet cover and bed sheet is suitable for our double rooms. 2 x standard single duvet covers and bed sheets are suitable for our twin rooms
You also need to bring your own towels, tea towels, soap and washing up liquid. You may need extra toilet roll and bin liners
Please vacate by 10am leaving all windows open and ring or e-mail reception to confirm, leaving keys etc. in the cottage on the kitchen table
From 17th May at the earliest
Toilets, Shower Blocks Launderette and dish washing areas
Open as usual, with increased cleaning measures in place. We encourage you to wipe down touch points before and after use, such as washing machine handles, taps etc. Where possible, please use every other sink to help with social distancing.
Things to do
Games Field – our sports field has a football/rugby pitch, basketball hoop and badminton / volleyball net.
Farm Walk: Enjoy a family walk with hundreds of acres of working farmland to explore
Fishing Lake: Our fishing lake is well- stocked with a variety of fish including carp and bream
Outdoor Playgrounds: There are 3 outdoor play areas at Dulhorn Farm.
PLEASE NOTE: Children must be accompanied at all times on site
